Privacy notice.

Who is responsible for your information

Travis Arb Ltd (company number 16655849, registered in England and Wales) is responsible for the information you send through this website. You can contact Travis Arb at info@travisarb.co.uk or on 07511 100971.

What the quote form collects

• Your name, and a phone number or email address
• Your postcode, if you give it
• Whether the job is for a home or for network work, whether the tree is next to a road, and what needs doing
• Any photos you choose to add

Why it is used

Only to reply to your enquiry and give you a quote. The legal basis is taking steps you have asked for before a contract (UK GDPR, Article 6(1)(b)). For network and business enquiries it is also Travis Arb’s legitimate interest in replying to them (Article 6(1)(f)). Your information is never sold, and never used for marketing.

Who else handles it

• Vercel, which hosts this website and checks each quote request with its bot check, to stop automated spam
• Resend, which delivers the form to the Travis Arb inbox
• IONOS, which provides the Travis Arb email

They handle it only to provide their service. Some of them are based outside the UK, and where your information leaves the UK it is protected by the safeguards UK law requires.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that don’t go ahead are deleted after 12 months. If you become a customer, your details are kept for as long as the job needs and for the accounting records the law requires, usually six years.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. The hosting provider keeps short-term technical logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information held about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how it is used, or have a copy to take elsewhere. Email info@travisarb.co.uk and you will get a reply within one month.
