Your council
Street trees and high hedges.
A complaint about a neighbour’s high hedge comes under Part 8 of the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003. Each council runs its own route.

Knowsley’s Environmental Sustainability Service manages all trees on council land and takes reports by email. Suspected dangerous trees go to the Arboricultural Team.
