Questions.
Do you give free quotes?
Yes. Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Send a few photos of the tree with your postcode and we will come back to you.
Do you take emergency call-outs?
Yes, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For a fallen or dangerous tree, call 07511 100971.
Do you clear up after the job?
Yes. Everything is chipped and taken away, unless you would like to keep the woodchip or the logs.
Can you help with a protected tree (TPO)?
Yes. We check whether the tree is protected, and can make the council application for you for a small fee.
Can you grind out an old stump?
Yes. We run our own stump grinder, so an old stump can be ground out and the area levelled.
Are you insured?
Yes. Travis Arb carries £5m public liability and £10m employers’ liability insurance, and the whole team is Forestry First Aid trained.
